Telephonic Case Management

Telephonic Case Management offers cost-effective, timely support for cases that don’t require in-person involvement but still benefit from expert oversight. Our experienced nurse case managers provide ongoing communication and care coordination remotely, ensuring that each case stays on track.

Field Case Management

Field Case Management is ideal for injuries that require more intensive coordination or face-to-face intervention. Our field case managers attend medical appointments, perform on-site assessments, and serve as a direct liaison between the injured worker, employer, healthcare providers, and claims professionals.

Catastrophic Case Management

Catastrophic injuries demand an advanced level of clinical expertise, coordination, and sensitivity. Our Catastrophic Case Management services are led by seasoned nurses with deep experience in handling severe and life-altering injuries, including spinal cord injuries, amputations, traumatic brain injuries, and multi-trauma cases.
